Seven Years After, Calls For Rescue Of Missing Chibok Schoolgirls Continue

The Bring Back Our Girls Group (BBOG) has said over twenty Parents of the abducted Chibok Girls have died while awaiting the return of their Daughters.

One of the prominent Team Members of the BBOG, Mr Allen Manasseh made this known on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, while appearing on a Television Programme.

He said some of the deceased Parents died of renal failure and other blood pressure related complications.

Mr Manasseh lamented that the level of engagement with the Chibok Parents was nothing to write home about.

He noted that the matter of the Chibok Girls was domiciled in the Ministry of Women Affairs, and wondered what authority or administrative function the Minister of Women Affairs had with the security or rescue of the Girls.

Mr Manasseh said the issue is far more critical and should be domiciled in at least the office of Vice-President.
