 Oyo TESCOM Recruitment: Portal Opens For Credentials Upload

The Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM, has opened its portal for the upload of credentials by applicants that have obtained and submitted application forms in the on-going recruitment exercise.

As promised by the State TESCOM Boss, the portal was opened in the early hours of Thursday, July 16, 2020.

In an exclusive interview with the BCOS Website Channel on Thursday, July 16, 2020, the TESCOM Chairman, Pastor Akinade Alamu, noted that the credentials upload became necessary as many applicants did not supply enough information in the forms earlier submitted, especially as regards to their qualifications.

Pastor Alamu who noted that the effort is to make sure that every applicant has a general platform to be assessed, hence, the need for a complete upload of relevant Documents; added that the portal was opened around 10a.m on Thursday and so many applicants have uploaded their credentials on the site.

Reacting to the development, the Permanent Secretary of the State TESCOM, Mrs Olabisi Grace Oderinde, said while some applicants imputed incorrect and/or incomplete phone numbers, some are yet to submit their credentials and all other relevant documents.

She noted that any applicant having issues with the credentials upload should send a request message to the technical personnel through the ‘live chat’ on the website: tescom.jobportal.oyostate.gov.ng or call the help lines on: 07041687786 or 07045929681.

According to information gathered from the TESCOM ICT lead, Mr Sola, the steps are as follows: Step 1: Log on to tescom.jobportal.oyostate.gov.ng and click Proceed. Step 2: In the Phone Number box, type the telephone number you registered on the submitted form; insert your valid email address in the Email box; create your password in the Password box and retype the password in the Confirm Password box; then, click the small box to indicate that you’re not a robot and click Create Account to proceed to the next step. Step 3: Click Send Email on the page you proceeded on and go to your email address to confirm the message sent to you and follow the link sent. Step 4: Click ‘Log In Instead’ on the page directed from the link sent to your e-mail address. And enter your e-mail address and password. Don’t forget to click the small box to indicate that you’re not a robot and click Log in to successfully proceed to the next step. Step 5: Update your data, documents, then click the Save & Next to move to the next page.
