OYO INEC BOSS, MUTIU AGBOKE COMMENDED FOR EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has commended the immediate past Resident Electoral Commissioner in Oyo State, Dr. Mutiu Agboke, for his exemplary performance during his five-year tenure.

The commendation came at the send-forth ceremony of Dr. Mutiu Agboke.

In their remarks, former INEC Commissioner, Prof. Antonia Simbini, with other staff members and stakeholders, said Dr. Mutiu Agboke during his tenure was consistent, committed, and honest leader.

While speaking on his achievements, one of which is the success of the 2019 General Election, Dr. Mutiu Agboke said despite challenges faced during the election, he was able to overcome them through God’s guidance.

He however advised members of the commission to continue operating in love and interact as a family regardless of their varying religions.
