 Osubi Airport Reopens For Operations

The Federal Government has reopened commercial flights at the Osubi Airport in Delta State.

the Airport Manager, Mr Wilson Egwato, while speaking at the reopening ceremony of the Airport in Okpe Local Government Area on Friday, July 9, 2021, said the routes would be expanded very soon.

Channels TV reports that Osubi, which is a connecting Airport to most oilfields in the Delta. was shut down in the year 2020, after the private Managers said they could no longer maintain it; noting that the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is now the new Manager.
