The Onikoyi of Ikoyi-Ile in Orire Local government area of Oyo State, Oba Abdulyekeen Ayinla Oladipupo IV, has joined his ancestors after a brief illness.

The Monarch died on Wednesday evening.

Oba Oladipupo until his death was the chairman of the traditional council in Orire local government area of Oyo state.

The monarch ascended the throne in 2006 when he succeeded Oba Bello Adesite.

As at the time of filling this report, there is no official announcement yet from his family, still, a reliable source hinted that Oba Ayinla’s demise would be officially made public soon.
