INDEPENDENCE DAY: BUHARI TO ADDRESS NIGERIANS 7AM ON SATURDAY

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd.) is to address the nation on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 7 am.

Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.

This was disclosed in a brief statement signed by senior Special Assistant to the President, Femi Adesina, on Friday.

This is part of activities commemorating the 62nd Independence Anniversary of the country.
