Foremost Arsenal Fan Calls On Nigerians To Be Ambassadors Of Their Indigenous Cultures In Places Of Sojourn

A foremost Arsenal fan based in London, Dr Kelechi Anyikude, has called on his fellow Nigerians to be Ambassadors of their indigenous cultures in their places of sojourn.

The popularly acclaimed ‘Africa’s number one Arsenal fan’ who is a regular face on ArsenalFan TV and Gunners games with his Nigerian attire, songs and accent, participated on April 18, 2020 edition of BCOS TV Saturday Breakfast Sports Show anchored by Boluwaji Ogunmola via Skype call.

Dr Anyikude, who bagged a Doctorate degree in U.K after graduating at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), lamented on the damage of COVID-19 on football, but advised to stay at home while the pandemic lasted.

The die-hard Arsenal fan traced his relationship with Arsenal to 1995 when the Dutch legend Dennis Bergkamp joined the North London club side
