The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced that Nigeria has recorded 201 new COVID-19 cases.
The NCDC announced this on its social media pages on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
Of the new cases, Lagos State recorded 77; Rivers State recorded 37; Plateau State 25; 13 in the FCT; 12 in Kaduna and Ogun States; eight in Adamawa State; seven in Taraba State; four in Imo State; two each in Kwara and Osun States and one each in Abia and Oyo States.
The new cases bring the total number of infections recorded in the Country to 58,848.
Of the total cases, 50,358 have been discharged while 1,112 victims have died.
