Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land Edo and the Delta States Alhaji Daud Akintola, Prominent Islamic Scholar Prof Daud Noibi, Chief Imam Oluyole Extension, Sheikh Muthadir Bada, Chairman Civil service Commission Alhaji Kamorudeen Aderibigbe and Management of BCOS led by The Executive Chairman, Prince Dotun Oyelade attended the Jumat service to mark the 40th Anniversary of BCOS Television

In his sermon, the Chief Imam of BCOS Central Mosque, Alhaji Biliamin Raji said 40 years is significant in Islam, hence, the need for BCOS not to relent in its Service to humanity.

In his remarks shortly after the Jumat Service, Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land Edo and Delta States Alhaji Daud Akinola Pledged his continuous support for BCOS.

The Executive Chairman of BCOS, Prince Dotun Oyelade who also attended the Jumat Service said the 40 Anniversary of BCOS is to appreciate God for his faithfulness in the last 4 decades.

He further lauded the founding fathers of BCOS and the Government for the support given to the corporation.

Speaking on behalf of the BCOS Muslim community, the Former Director of News, BCOS, Alhaji Kola Bolomope commended the management of the corporation for upholding the ethics of Broadcasting in the last 40 years.

The 40th Anniversary continues tomorrow, Saturday 18th June and Thanksgiving Service follows on Sunday at New Covenant Church Omolayo Akobo, Ibadan.
