President Muhammadu Buhari is meeting with family members of the Abuja-Kaduna train abduction in Abuja.
This was revealed in a tweet by the Presidency which read, “President #MBuhari is meeting with representatives of victims of the Abuja-Kaduna Train abduction.”
The terror attack on the train took place on March 28, 2022, when the train derailed after explosives went off around Rigasa community, Kaduna state.
Eight out of the 970 passengers were declared dead from the attack, about 60 persons were kidnapped and many were injured.
The terrorists have been releasing the victims in batches, the latest of which was a group of 7 released on Wednesday including a family of six and a woman.
