Nigeria’s health and medical facilities across the country will be shut down as a result of Federal Government’s failure to fulfill collective bargaining agreement reached with the medical workers over adjustment in salaries, privatization, Public Private Partnership (PPP) policies of the government and the new trend of invoking no-work-no-pay policy by those in power, Nigeria's health workers have agreed.

Due to the increasing rate of neurological disorders like hypertension, stroke, epilepsy and meningitis in the country, Neurologists have asserted that it was due to the prevalent stressful life in the country.
